The service range we offer is small to large batch work utilizing a full range of material and machinery. From small and medium size work on sliding head machines to billet and casting work on our CNC turning and machining centres.
We have a comprehensive range of grinding machines including ball track grinding, gear grinding and numerous gear cutting and hobbing machines.
Both horizontal and vertical broaching is available as well as a range of manual machines and wire and spark erosion.
Utilising the very latest in computer technology Micro Precision offers impressive lead times, thanks to their new computerised production control program, as well as computer controlled precision engineering machines. This allows for quality production, to time and budget.
All precision engineering requirements can be met by us, our quality supplier base or our sister companies. Heat treatment, plating, specialised processing, and testing are all areas within our scope.
As a supplier to the Aerospace industry Micro Precision holds ISO 9001-2000, AS9100 & NADCAP accreditations. We are also suppliers for military applications and the Formula 1 industry.
