Micro Precision has the ability to manufacture products involving various forms of gear-cutting and broaching to the highest standard for the Aerospace and Automotive industries.
Internal and external spur and helical gear forms up to 400 mm in diameter.
Our CNC machinery, together with custom made fixtures has been developed to improve work set-up turnover, whilst still maintaining quality.
Gear generating at Micro Precision has the capability to undertake various types of spline and gear work, from large external components (max 400 mm) to small internal components (min 6 mm),with a wide range of cutters at hand to facilitate our customer's needs.
