Micro Precision’s bank of CNC equipment is a variety of different styles and configurations all of which have been chosen for their rigidity and integrity in cutting the harder materials.
We ensure that our machines have the power needed to remove metal while holding the exact tolerance that our customers require.
Many of our machines have powered tool positions allowing us to turn and perform second operation work on parts.
By incorporating a wide variety of multiple spindle indexing fixtures and other clamping mechanisms, we can creatively fixture your parts to ensure the minimum cycle times without sacrificing any of the necessary quality.
Others have twin spindles, which allow us to double the production for certain high-volume work, reducing set-up and loading time and increasing productivity.
We also have a number of manual turning machines and lathes.
